Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise but does not manage other employees as a primary job function.The primary responsibility will be to lead and oversee the successful mapping of product introduction end-to-end business processes, to support M&A integration. The Program Manager will play a critical role in defining, planning, and executing the project aimed at ensuring the successful adoption of HP processes related to product introduction. Responsibilities: Work with cross-functional leads to map the interim and future state of end-to-end business processes, to support M&A integration efforts.Conduct in-depth process analysis, mapping current workflows, and identifying bottlenecks and inefficienciesSet up cross-functional program to drive an end-to-end business process transitionDevelop workplan & detailed timeline to implement interim and end-state processes in sync with ongoing system migration programsIdentify and resolve risks & interdependencies across functions Implement change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition and promote the adoption of new processesCommunicate project updates, milestones, and results to stakeholders at all levels, fostering transparency and managing expectationsEducation and Experience Required: First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.Typically 10+ years of experience in a supply chain, program management or product management function.Knowledge and Skills: Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role, with experience in process mapping & implementationPMP and/or Six Sigma certificationIn-depth knowledge of process mapping and workflow analysisAdvanced team and project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently.Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and collaborate with stakeholders at various levelsAdvanced written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; mastery in English and local language.Excellent business acumen, technical knowledge within multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications, technologies, and emerging industry trends.Job -Supply Chain & OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -25%Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
