You will have full product life cycle management which will include research, product development, business planning and end of life.The Product Manager will own the development of innovative solutions focusing on helping customers realize their sustainability goals through leadership of large-scale cross-division functional team projects. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, building a business case, and owning the offering from inception through in market execution. Through this leadership position, the individual will be expected to routinely exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives. Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction. This role will encompass our entire print portfolio over time. Responsibilities: Leads and develops product support or solution portfolio planning over entire lifecycle, including conformance to pricing strategies, end-to-end service delivery and sales readiness and associated processesRepresents services on product or solution portfolio core teams and provides service requirements into product development stages/phases, e.g., Product warranty support and cost analysis, and Service Product Marketing content/collateralPerforms business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive business improvementsWorks across regions/geographies and WW teams to develop and/or implement new/enhanced services, solutions, or programs and associated processes to meet emerging customer/market needs and fuel profitable growthResponsible for revenue and margin contribution for a set of (more than one) solutions or servicesProvide leadership in the development, and execution of the HP Services Vision - helping customers transform their business and derive measurable business value from their IT investmentUtilizes technical and business skills to lead complex cross- functional activities that have a high impact on the services businessProvides mentoring and guidance to peers and lower level employees.Who you are?Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Technical is requiredMBA or advanced degree preferredHigh knowledge of Print industry (ie. Commercial, Consumer, 3D)Robust product management/marketing fundamentalsExcellent leadership capabilities, highly developed problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, develop relationships across organizations and accomplish goals under pressure situations. Strong skills in exercising independent judgmentHighly developed project/ program management and change management skills. Solid understanding of business planning methods and business acumenExcellent presentation skills.
