As a Service Operations Manager (SOM) you will be (pro)actively supporting the services delivery of customized or DaaS (Device as a Service) deal(s)/project(s). You will also be coordinating or managing some of the following: Hardware implementation monitoring, Partner Delivery Scheduling & Metrics management, Services Invoicing, Services Delivery management, Reporting, Project financials (profit & loss, etc.), ensure compliance with the SLAs (Service Level Agreement) as defined in the Contract (Statement of Work).  A crucial responsibility of the DaaS SOM is to track & monitor all services deliverables to ensure compliance with the SLAs (Service Level Agreement) as defined in the Contract (Statement of Work). This is where you will have to be all analytical & keen on details and, as soon as you identify the need, proactively raise escalations to the responsible for the deal(s)/project(s) SDMs (Service Delivery Managers) should a delivery partner’s performance deviate from meeting the required SLA or the Customer(s) fail to respect their duties defined in the Contract (Statement of Work).Education (degree) and professional experience required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalentExperience in a Customer facing role – a strong advantage Project and/or account management experience – not mandatory but considered a plus Language requirements: B2/C1 of German (preferred) or French or Spanish (both written and verbal)Fluent English (both written and verbal)Personal skills and qualities: Proactive & positive can-do attitude Strong interpersonal skills – active & empathetic listening skills, great verbal & written communication skills as well as an overall ability to “sense” the right approachCustomer orientedOut of the box thinking: a creative individual willing and able to come up with solutions & ideas for improvementsA team player ready to help a colleague in need (a fine sense of humour is for sure perceived as a superpower in our team) Digital & tech competencies - not a must but definitely considered a strong advantage: MS Office 365 – Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.Reporting & Data management tools (CRM) ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) frameworkITSM (IT Service Management) toolsProject Management foundations (Agile, Lean, Lean Six Sigma)We’re looking for visionaries who are ready to make an impact on the way the world works.
