Senior Security AdvisorDescription -The Senior Security Advisor (whose focus is on Program Management, Cyber Security, Legal, Governance, Risk, Compliance, Audit and Cloud as it relates to cyber security for HP clients) for the WW Security and Analytics Practice.  The Senior Security Advisor is part of a very exciting, diverse worldwide team supporting the account teams in new and existing opportunities.  This position will develop processes, answer, and direct questions to appropriate personnel to complete cyber security schedules, cyber security questionnaires, audit requests, RFPs, et al.  In addition, the focus of the role is to maintain, and program manage the growing number of client security schedules, audit requests, RFP responses and provide solid cyber security expertise to help the account teams address this specific and respective area, especially as it continues to grow.The Senior Security Advisor works with the WW Security  and Analytics Practice, HP R&D, HP Labs, HP Business Units, HP Product Teams, and HP Global Functions, which includes the HP Cyber Security Function, to ensure HP’s leadership role in security and better position HP to win by leveraging expertise to provide detailed and complete answers. This includes and is not limited to working closely with the account teams as the cyber security subject matter expert providing client briefings, security workshops, and/or security advisory engagements, which includes and is not limited to assessing a client’s cyber security posture and incorporates end point devices. This position requires demonstrating strong cyber security thought leadership, and delivery of security services leadership.  The Security Advisors diligently identify possible security gaps in the current environment and recommend best cyber security practices or solutions to reduce client risk around such items as security, compliance, governance, industry regulations and increases ability to deal with emerging threats and risks to the organization’s environment.  Such client security capabilities may involve security policy creation, business process improvements, solution, and technology recommendations, and / or working with HP Labs and R&D to create solutions to fulfill client security requirements.Responsibilities:Carry out security assessments on customer infrastructure, end points, services to identify risks.Develop roadmaps and remediation tasks to reduce risks.Focus on program management, cyber security, legal, governance, risk, compliance, audit, and cloud as they relate to cyber security for HP clients.Develop processes and answer questions to complete cyber security schedules, questionnaires, audit requests, RFPs, and more.Maintain and program manage client security schedules, audit requests, and RFP responses.Provide cyber security expertise to help account teams address this growing area.Collaborate with the WW Security and Analytics Practice, HP R&D, HP Labs, HP Business Units, HP Product Teams, and HP Global Functions, including the HP Cyber Security Function, to ensure HP's leadership in security.Act as a subject matter expert on cyber security, conducting client briefings, security workshops, and advisory engagements.Assess clients' cyber security posture, including end point devices and print environments.Identify security gaps and recommend best practices or solutions to reduce client risk.Collaborate with HP Labs and R&D to create security solutions fulfilling client requirements.Requirements:Hold security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GSLC, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.Possess industry certifications like PMP, Certified HIPAA professional, IAPP, Certified Security Compliance Specialist, CITGRCM, CSOXM, etc.Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) as it relates to cyber security, information assurance, data protection, and privacy.Strong understanding of information security policies, network security, endpoint security, hardware security, physical security, application security, and NIST Cyber Security Framework.Familiarity with infrastructure and cyber security requirements for securing environments, including end point devices.Ability to prepare and present technical and cybersecurity content for C-level, Security Leaders, and IT Leaders.Proficiency in leading presales, sales, and post-sales processes, mentoring and coaching account teams on cyber security approaches.Experience in managed services and channel management is a plus.Demonstrated strong writing skills for RFP responses and client correspondence related to cyber security.Comfortable working in a project-based, client-serving model with a strong emphasis on cyber security.Drive client pursuits and engage in complex deals related to cyber security.Ability to collaborate with global and diverse teams at all levels in a fast-paced environment.Interface with clients' Cyber Security and IT personnel to determine requirements and recommend solutions.Conduct cyber security assessments and develop advanced IT and Cyber Security roadmaps.Provide leadership in the cyber security practice, fostering a community of practitioners to exchange ideas and drive practice growth.Contribute to cyber security portfolio development process.Strong knowledge of endpoint cyber security.Fluency in English and German is required, fluency in French would be an asset#LI-POSTJob -ServicesSchedule -Full timeShift -Eligible for Overtime, Special Work times, Emergency and Ordered assignments (Switzerland)Travel -25%Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
