Supplier Manager - Program Management (Factory Services)Description -What a Supplier Manager - Program Management (Factory Services) does at HP:Provide strong leadership as key local interface with external Personal Computer (PC) suppliers (factories) to oversee implementation of PC Factory Services projects according to customers specific requirements.Collaborate with Partners to ensure right setup and processes are enabled to allow consistent achievement of operational goal targets.Enable partner process improvements to achieve desired goals in meeting high standards of performance in delivering projects according to HP’s requirements. These broadly include fast implementation of projects setups within high quality standards.Lead implementation of capabilities at suppliers factories to support Factory services/DaaS.Vet through any suppliers’ analysis & preventive actions of quality or other issues impacting performancesLead efforts to ensure partners’ key initiatives and strategies are aligned with the overall priorities of the configuration services / DaaS roadmap and capabilities.Make regular travels to partner sites for close engagement.Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess: First level university degree in Engineering related or Computer courses.At least 7 years related years of PC manufacturing related or equivalent experienceDemonstrate maturity & proven ability to work independently to achieve desired outcomes with minimal guidance in meeting business and operational goals.Experience in managing external partners with self-driven abilities in meeting KPIsKnowledge of high volume & complex PC manufacturing processes with added appreciation of customization service solution offerings and capabilities & deliver to meet these requirements.Have ability to foresee & drive actions to mitigate issues proactively.Capable of presenting or escalating issues effectively to high-level regional management when needed.Understands concept of Root cause analysis and prevention & adhere to its practiceAbility to work cross functionally, geographies & time zones to build consensus at across teams where lines of responsibilities may not be direct, both inside and outside organisation.Highly effective communication in both written and oral in Thai and EnglishProven ability of working remotely independently and communicate effectively with peers not sited together.Job -EngineeringSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Thailand)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
