Automation ExpertDescription -If you have a customer centric approach and an “Automate first !” mindset, if you want to help teams and individuals reduce manual work and mundane repetitive tasks to relieve time for more value added activities, then you are the perfect candidate.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs initial assessment of Automation use cases submitted by the Commercial Organization users in Automation HubActs as consultant for idea submitters in order to enable increasing value and ROI for the use cases.Offers Coaching and Mentoring for the CO Automation Community members wanting to develop Automation ideas themselves.Follows the end-to-end Automation delivery process using UiPath Automation Hub for the ideas in scope.Interacts with requestors to transpose requirements into technical designs, supporting the design of new or improved processes, and understand business/customer impact.Acts as a change agent for the requestors ensuring business continuity plans for the process transitioning to AutomationManages engagement with selected stakeholders on their portfolio of Automations.Develops Automation use cases using available technologies.Delivers the documentation required for design documents, code review and technical detailsPresents the output of work in various Communication materialsActively participates in cross-organization projects, delivers the responsibilities assigned and sticks to the timelines allocated.Studies new RPA technologies to be able to identify best solutions and to implement them when needed.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Technical/ Computer Science University Degree Highly computer literate, knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SharePointAdvanced experience with RPA technologies (UiPath StudioX, Microsoft Power Platform, others) is a plusAwareness and exposure to Data science, AI/ML preferred.Knowledge and passion on digital solutions, including latest trends and automation technologiesHands on experience in networking security and protocols, cloud platforms is an advantageExperience in utilizing Agile delivery (SCRUM, SAFe) and Design thinking techniques to drive value for customers is a plusProficiency in English is a mustKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Proficient knowledge of core technologies in the space of Robotics Process AutomationAbility to implement mid to high complexity Automation use cases using the available RPA technologiesKnowledge of Artificial intelligence, Machine learningDemonstrable ability to independently find solutions and derive success from trial and errorAbility to work autonomously in a virtual environment, ability to manage and organize your time, be detail oriented and deliver consistently on scheduleKnowledge and subject matter expertise for HP operational processes, industry trends, and customer/partner requirements is a big plus.Good understanding of user requirements and functional specificationsCommunication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, consulting, influence, and negotiation skills.
