To engineer experiences that amaze.This is a 6-month temporary position with the potential opportunity for full-time conversion OR an extension past 6 months.The system analyst will provide day to day tier 1 support to different departments in our manufacturing facility, providing solutions and improvements to different processes and users.In this position you will be able to work in different areas of the company, as well as with different technologies to integrate .net solutions, technologies such as Oracle ERP, Apriso MES, Power BI, etc. There are many opportunities for growth in the IT area and in the company in general.The system analyst must clearly communicate with the customers to gather requirements and translate them to solutions using the standard tools of the company, through information systems, analyzing, designing and creating software and applications for different purposes as well as improvements or changes to existing systems.This individual will be responsible for training users as well as monitoring the released IT applications.Responsibilities:  Provides day to day support to existing IT solutions.Development of software solutions.Implementation of new systems.Analysis of existing systems.Producing specifications for new or modified systems.Mapping and documenting interfaces between legacy and new systems.         Talking to users (requirements gathering).      Presenting proposals to customers.Validates results by testing programs.Providing training and user manuals to users of a new system.Supporting users on change control and system updates.Logging detailed and accurate data on Service Desk ticket management tool (Service-Now).Follow documented processes and procedures.Compliance with environmental, health & safety practices.Participate in IT related projects as needed.Other duties as assigned.Desired Qualifications:At least 3 years of applicable experience required.3+ years' experience in a programing language such as ASP.net, C#, VB or PHP or Java.Experience in development tools such as MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, Ajax, Bootstrap.3+ years' experience with SQL Server database and SQL statements.Microsoft Office 365 is a plus.Highly customer focused, detail oriented individual.Experience supporting web-based systems.Analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, consistent follow-through to assure problems are resolved.Patience and strong desire to help others accomplish their goals.Strong work ethic.Language Requirements:Bilingual - English and Spanish written and verbal communication skillsJob -Information TechnologySchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Mexico)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
