In this role you will be responsible for driving our room video strategy at the market level, working with partners, sales teams, and GTM teams to achieve our ambition to bring our market leading products to our customers. Experience in room video technology and working with video channel partners is essential. You will be leading a cross functional team on a key growth project for HP-Poly. You will be expected to develop the strategy and set functional policy and direction in your market. While you will act as a functional manager within area of expertise you will not manage other employees as a primary job function.Responsibilities: Superior understanding of the room video market, business management and sales challenges and strategies.Central point of contact for our flagship room video GTM programActively contributes/leads the definition of the category business plan for room video.Establishes relationships and represents team with sales force and other partners at senior level.Engage with Local Microsoft, pexip, Zoom, and Google strategic alliance partnersProduct line and quota responsibility for a significant share of the product range, or a specific customer segment.Functional responsibility for the team in one or several areas (market analysis, marketing engagement, SF communication etc).Who you are?Education and Experience Required: University or Bachelors degree in Marketing or Finance; advanced degree or MBA preferred.12+ years of professional experience with a combination of Marketing, Sales, Business Planning experienced preferred.Demonstrated Management/ Team leadership experience.Knowledge and Skills: IT industry knowledge focused on Room Video technologies like video teleconferencing, telepresence, Tandberg, Polycom, Poly, MSFT, Zoom, Google, Barco, unified communications, UCaaS, AV, GTM Strategy and Channel partners.Business planning skills, multidimensional.Financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable to manage high complexity business planning and reporting.Strong communication skills at senior management internally and externally.Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices.Negotiation skills and ability to frame the product value proposition to customers/partners.Leadership skills and cross functional expertise (sales, supply chain, marketing.Why joining HP France?At HP France, you will be immersed in an inspiring workplace where all our people love to be, collaborate well together and where they can learn, grow and develop professionally as well as personally.
