Your potential is waiting; why are you?Are you a highly motivated, experienced salesperson with a passion for working with leading-edge software?Do you want to be part of a global company that is a recognized leader in the customer experience space?Are you able to create complex, long-term account and partner strategies?Do you like coaching people and being a part of senior leader customer meetings to represent the vision and strategy of Genesys?Are you a great team player who not only works in a team but can bring the team forward with excellence in what you do? If you said yes, then we would love to hear from you. Genesys is hiring a senior-level sales professional for an industry-focused sales role in the Enterprise Insurance segment in Germany. This strategic sales role is working closely with other Insurance Account Managers on a project/account level basis to create long-lasting account relationships generating strategic and/or big deals in the German Enterprise Insurance segment.Working in close collaboration with the Enterprise Insurance & Healthcare segment leader and all other territory-relevant management functions, the Senior Account Executive will focus on Insurance business development and also closely collaborate with independent consultants, transformational and other partners to create the right eco-system to foster big enterprise deals in specific accounts and or projects. The AE shall not only guide and guides the Genesys involved persons in such deals/account situations, but also represent Genesys to the senior management of involved (transformational) partners, consultants, and the customer. Creating excellent relationship networks relevant for Enterprise Insurance sales in Germany is also part of the job.  What we look for and expect from the right individual is: Reviewing accounts/projects with other Insurance AEs and supporting them to create the right plan to improve the value of deals and succeed deals.Develop Account Migration strategies for existing Premise Clients towards Genesys Cloud CXAct as a trusted Advisor for existing clients given related seniority and expertise around GenesysEstablishing a reliable network for the Enterprise Insurance segment between partners, transformational partners, independent consultants, and technology partners of Genesys to raise the ability to implement and position Genesys in top management settled projects. Minimum qualifications: 10+ years of professional experience with demonstratable success in the Insurance segment10+ years of professional experience with Genesys products and solutions Committed, proactive, team-oriented, and stress-testedSelf-positive appearance and excellent presentation skills – especially suited for senior/top management level.Fluent in German and EnglishExcellent success and problem-solving orientationWillingness to travel frequently is necessary When it comes to people, the right fit at Genesys is someone who is determined to succeed, highly motivated to meet and exceed annual goals, and willing to be coached for continuous growth and development.If you fit the above, then Genesys can offer you an environment to deliver and be successful by being part of a deep salesforce committed to delivering success.About Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
