Your potential is waiting; why are you?As Vice President of Product Management, AI you will be responsible for Genesys Cloud’s AI development tools and platform product roadmaps, including defining, designing, delivering, and scaling the products that we develop. You will work closely with our customers and other functions supporting AI within Genesys Cloud to help define the key set of product requirements and products that will help us grow customer adoption.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the executive team to implement the company's product strategy, incorporating AI technology in innovative and effective ways to ensure the product portfolio aligns with the company's overall strategy and visionYou will help define the product vision, roadmaps, and feature prioritizationDevelop and lead a high-performing product team, providing coaching and mentorship to support their professional growthOversee the development process individual PM's are leading, ensuring the process is following best practices and products are built to the highest standardsDefine and track key performance indicators (KPI's) to measure the success of AI products and make thoughtful decisions to optimize product performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment on product priorities and successful product launchesCollaborate with VP Product Marketing on market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for product innovationCollaborate with VP Pricing on competitive analysis to identify our greatest avenues for differentiation, pricing strategies, and unique value drivers for customersCollaborate with the GM of Digital, AI and Journey Analytics to deliver a successful portfolio of AI products and share in the financial targets for the portfolioRepresent the company and product portfolio to external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry analysts Minimum Qualifications12+ years of product management experience with the ability to lead and develop great teamsProven history of creating “big picture” strategy, along with the ability to provide detailed technical guidance to the team and enable them to implement more effectively and deliver products on timeDemonstrated experience forming AI platforms or AI softwareExperience delivering consumer or enterprise products at scale and managing product solutions with multiple stakeholders, leading either product or product and engineering functionsExcellent customer focus and a deep commitment to delivering products that create customer value and delightful experiencesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields, Advanced degree preferredCompensation:Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $225,000.00 - $275,000.00.
