Your potential is waiting; why are you?Location: Remote, North America Team: PS, Solutions and Delivery for all Genesys customers Overview:In this role, you’ll work closely with customers to establish solutions to make them successful, broaden the effect of Genesys technology to meet their business goals, and help guide the evolution of the platform by identifying new deployment patterns. You will provide vision and thought leadership while promoting the use of Genesys technology to enable customer success and support its development and growth into new domains by working closely with industry experts throughout the company. This position requires an individual with a pragmatic mindset, and with a history of adapting a clear vision based on the customers maturity and structure.This position sits in the Professional Services (PS) organization aligned to the design, development, and greater core implementation and upgrade activites related to the customers CX business goals. To be successful, you’ll need to be curious and seek out opportunities to solve problems with minimal direction and documentation.What’ll you’ll do: Work closely with customers and partners during all stages of the project lifecycleProvide platform configuration guidance and best practices to customersUnderstand how Genesys technology integrates/interfaces with customers` solutions visionLead efforts to pro-actively craft and propose solutions that clarify how Genesys brings business value to address critical business challenges faced by customersPresent complex Genesys technical demonstrations to various levels of staff in a diverse range of customer organizationsIdentify (project) risks and the definition of mitigation plans.  What you’ll bring to the table: 3 – 5 plus years of experience designing, implementing, and/or administrating enterprise solutions/systems that leverage the call center technologies.Experience consulting and providing technical solutions with customers on top technology trends such as optimization, acceleration, connectivity, business model changes and customer experience.Demonstrated work with the Genesys Cloud CX product.IP Telephony:  Genesys Cloud Edge, AudioCodes, Cisco Gateways, IP Telephones (Polycom, Cisco, etc.)  Hands on experience in designing and programming complex applications leveraging APIs, JSON and/or Javascript.Professional experience in a similar position, supporting similar responsibilitiesExperience with current technology implementation patterns including service-oriented and cloud.  Understanding of business processes and transformation and how they relate to customer experience technology.#LI-RemoteCompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
