The InfoSec GRC Project Manager is required to provide strong and deep project management insights across delivery and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices. You will need to have a high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence to ensure your approach is not only logical but makes the most business sense for our multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Coach InfoSec GRC team members throughout project delivery; refine estimation and forecasting, contribute to lean IT governance, promote strategic visibility of the InfoSec GRC portfolio, support stakeholder engagement; resolve impediments, and encourage a sustainable paceFacilitate project management values, principles, best practices, standards, and continual improvements for Project and Portfolio Management and communicate updates to project/product teamsDrive business outcomes and value-based prioritization that helps define, measure, and govern the InfoSec GRC Portfolio’s value streams, value delivery, financial benefits, risks and impact assessmentsDevelop project plans including work breakdown structures, project milestones, critical path analyses, risk assessment and management plans, cost/benefit analyses, staffing plans, project timelines, and project budgetsSet deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of projectsPrepare and deliver project status reports for upper managementLead project initiatives to implement technical and security projects to specification, on time, and within budget. Liaise with the company central PMO officeWork with IT, Information Security, Internal Audit, Business Stakeholders, and Regulatory Bodies to ensure the company information security projects assigned are risk 'managed for 'regulatory compliance and in compliance to company standards and policiesProvide a variety of basic Information Security administration services working with GRC, request management ticketing systems, problem management toolsDrive business outcomes and value-based prioritization that helps define, measure, and govern the InfoSec GRC value streams, value delivery, financial benefits, risks and impact assessmentsQualifications:5+ years project management experienceExcellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills Knowledge of project management tools and practices using Aha!, JIRA, or other portfolio/product/project development toolsStrong understanding of Information Security industry standards, compliance frameworks, and technologiesBA/BS in related degree or equivalent experiencePMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred#LI-PS1#remoteCompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
