Your potential is waiting; why are you?Job Title: Outsourced Labor Specialist The Outsourced Labor Specialist will be responsible for the ongoing support and improvement of Genesys Outsourced Labor processes, policies, and technology globally. The Outsourced Labor Specialist will play a critical role in collaborative project assignments, onboarding contingent workers, facilitating and managing the recruitment process for contingent workers, scheduling interviews for hiring managers, coordinating schedules with vendors, monitoring compliance, and supporting Genesys stakeholders globally in 100+ countries. Responsibilities:Manage third party/contingent worker onboarding lifecycleAssist in continuous process improvement projects for the Outsourced Labor Center of Excellence (COE)Data entry into the Human Capital Management (HCM) system globally ensuring local law and global SOX complianceSubmit, obtain and store required documentation from each contingent worker in our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) toolAlign cross-functionally with Genesys Facilities and IT departments to help stakeholders obtain the required hardware and software for their contingent workersValidate PO details against requisition requirements and ensure 100% data integrityReconcile data quarterly with key stakeholdersParticipate in activities related to contingent workforce management, vendor management system (VMS) implementation and upgrades, including but not limited to, testing, training, change management, and cutover planningIdentify strategic and tactical improvements related to Outsourced Labor process and technologyAdhere to set SLA measurements outlined for the Outsourced labor teamParticipate in ongoing knowledge transfer and training sessions with team and managerProvide Ongoing Administration and SupportAssist in ongoing production support of technologies, including timely response of all stakeholder and vendor queriesLead internal support efforts by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving system issuesSupport the design, creation, and maintenance of interfaces between internal and external sources as needed (i.e. back-office ERP systems, with VMS technology, with HCM system)Observe, evaluate, document, and continuously improve existing processes and systems, with a focus on implementing best practices to streamline business processesBuild, generate, analyze, summarize, monitor, and distribute ongoing and ad-hoc reports as neededProvide support to Genesys stakeholders and vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of all requisitions, compliance form reviews, legal requirements, purchase orders, and invoicesTrigger system provisioning through contingent worker onboarding into Genesys’ system of recordDevelop, update, enhance, and monitor solutions to drive positive results while maintaining a high quality of data, including but not limited to high quality HR, IT, finance, and compliance dataDrive Policy ComplianceResponsible for maintenance and enforcement of Procurement Operations policiesUtilize dashboard to run metrics for compliance, identify training opportunities and escalate policy violationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, finance, business, communication, or related discipline5+ years of business-related experience in an HR or Contingent Workforce Management role with evidence of increases in scope and responsibilityHands on experience using multiple systems such as:P2P: Netsuite, Coupa, WorkdayAdmin: DocuSign, Smartsheet, Excel, Outlook, CalendyVMS: VNDLY, Fieldglass, Beeline, IQN or SimplifyVMSHR: WorkdayExperience and knowledge of system support, upgrades, and releasesStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong people skills to support remote stakeholders effectivelyStrong analytical skills geared towards troubleshooting, with the ability to solve complex problems using simple solutionsAdditional CriteriaProject coordination or management experience is preferred but not requiredCandidate must align to a shift required by a market or region as neededRequired shift will be graveyard/3rd shift – Can work 8p-5a or 9p-6a PHTCompetitive pay and benefits#LI-NR1#LI-HybridAbout Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
