Your potential is waiting; why are you?Reporting directly to the HR Vice President for APAC, the Site HR Lead provides both strategic and tactical Human Resources (HR) thought leadership to the Site. In partnership with the Local Leadership team and supporting HR Functions, the Site HR Lead is responsible for the development of the overall People strategy for the Site; formulating and executing specific programs with the support of their direct reporting team. Primary Responsibilities:· Provides leadership, direction and coaching to Senior Leaders and managers in disciplines of HR (e.g., total rewards, organizational development, learning & development, performance management, coaching and employee relations)· Collaborate with Senior Leaders to understand their talent challenges· Use data analytics to provide insights and drive decisions · Communicates effectively at all levels of the organization with the ability to influence appropriately· Develops, implements, and ensures consistent application of HR strategies, guidelines, and programs· Leads HR team in the execution of the Site HR strategy· Develops and supports communication and change management strategies to meet the needs of an evolving Site· Shares in the ultimate responsibility for creating a great place to work, through organization development, continuous improvement, employee engagement and culture initiatives· Creates and implements internal HR standards for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function· Maintains current knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments &applicable laws and ensures compliance with all Federal and local statutes involving employment· Demonstrates honesty, high integrity, responsibility and fulfils commitments· Builds and maintains effective working relationships with the wider HR Team and cross functional relationships within APAC· Participates in various other projects and tasks as required· Ability to travel both domestic and international Requirements / Preferred Skills:· Demonstrated ability to understand and promote the linkage between business and operational priorities and HR activities · Demonstrated success in developing and implementing Site HR strategies for 500 or more employees· Relevant HR Leadership experience with 10+ years in a people manager role, including experience in managing their team’s career development· Bachelors/Master’s degree in related field (preferred)· Ability to maintain, understand the need for and respect confidentiality, and handle sensitive situations with excellent judgment and discretion· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; strong interpersonal, collaboration and teamwork skills· Effective and positive persuasion and influencing skills· Strong written and oral communication skills, effective analytical and reporting skills (HRIS) and attention to detail· Ability to manage multiple deadlines· Experience within a matrixed environment· Ability to deal tactfully and confidently with internal and external customers · Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations · Demonstrated usage of change management techniques in a business setting · Strong organizational re-design capabilities· Strong bias for action and keen sense of urgency About Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
