Your potential is waiting; why are you?Summary:In this role, you will be responsible for comprehensive “end-to-end” commissions administration which includes processing calculations, and payment of commission and distribution of sales incentive plans for all commissionable positions for their assigned area. You will be responsible for both sales and non-commission incentive plans. This position is expected to mentor the Commissions Analyst(s) on the team, interface with field sales, HR, payroll, Sales Operations and Sales Finance as part of their day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills; initiative and solving problems to help drive greater efficiency and process automation.Key Responsibilities: Assist in the day-to-day operations of our sales and services incentive compensation plans globally, ensuring payments are accurate, timely and paid in accordance with the plans.Be the expert resource for the various plans the team is responsible for administering. This includes general commission rules and specific commission plan requirements for all the various plan types and understanding system capabilities.Validate, review commission team outputs across both US and Manila locations.Serve as a point of contact for their assigned area and perform research as needed to help resolve issues and develop appropriate solutions to resolve exception payment requirements.Generate timely issuance of Goal Achievement Plans (GAPs) to compensation plan participants as needed.Issuance of GAPs and ensure participants’ questions and concerns are addressed.Perform ad-hoc analysis pertaining to incentive and commissions data for various partners or department reporting.Conduct periodic training with participants and managers to ensure that plans are well communicated and well understood by participants.Assist in new plan year system requirements, system updates, UAT and providing support for Commission Administration projects.Providing research and documentation for Internal Audit requests on an as-needed basisManaging an issue log and timeline in a SmartsheetRequirements:Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.At least 5 years of experience in commission compensation, including strong experience with ICM/SPMs (preferably Callidus).Ability to adjust communication style to varying levels of leadership.Ability to work independently with general direction in a fast-paced environment.Must have excellent verbal, and written communications skills and changing priorities.Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional groups.Advanced Excel Skills.Inductive and deductive reasoning.Excellent attention to detail skills.Knowledge of financial controls.#LI-RemoteCompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
