Your potential is waiting; why are you?Reporting directly to the HR Vice President for APAC, the Site HR Lead plays a pivotal role by providing both strategic and tactical Human Resources (HR) thought leadership to the Site. In partnership with the Local Leadership team and supporting HR Functions, the Site HR Lead is responsible for the development of the overall People strategy for the Site; formulating and executing specific programs with the support of their direct reporting team.Primary Responsibilities:Provides leadership, guidance, and coaching to Senior Leaders and managers in all gamut of HR (e.g., talent acquisition, total rewards, organizational development, learning & development, performance management, coaching and employee relations)Collaborate with Senior Leaders to understand their talent challenges and offer support.Use data analytics to provide insights and drive decisions.Communicates effectively at all levels of the organization effectively harnessing the power of influence in a tactful manner.Develops, implements, and maintains consistent application of HR strategies, guidelines, and programsLeads the HR team in executing the site's HR strategy.Cultivates communication and change management strategies to accommodate the dynamic needs of the evolving siteShares in the ultimate responsibility for creating a great place to work, through organization development, continuous improvement, employee engagement and culture initiatives.Establishes and implements internal HR standards for continual improvement of the efficiency and efficacy of the HR function.Stays abreast of regulatory updates, industry trends, and emerging practices in HR and employment laws, ensuring full compliance with applicable Federal and local statutes.Demonstrates honesty, high integrity, responsibility, and honouring commitments.Builds and maintains effective working relationships with the broader HR Team and cross functional relationships within APAC region.Engage in various projects and required tasks.Ability to travel both domestic and international.Requirements / Preferred Skills:Demonstrated capability to understand and advocate the alignment between business, operational priorities, and HR activities/initiatives.Proven success in devising and executing Site HR strategies for workforce of 500 or more employees.Relevant HR leadership experience of 10+ years in a people managerial capacity, with expertise in guiding team members' career development.Bachelors/Master’s degree in related field (preferred)Ability to maintain, understand the need for and respect confidentiality, and handle sensitive situations with excellent judgment and discretion.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; strong interpersonal, collaboration and teamwork skillsEffective and positive persuasion and influencing skills.Adept analytical and reporting skills (HRIS) and attention to detailCapable of managing multiple deadlinesExperience within a matrixed environmentPossesses tact and confidence in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations Demonstrated a track record of change management techniques in business contexts.Strong organizational re-design expertiseStrong bias for action and heightened sense of urgency Please note that Genesys will not accept resumes from agencies at this time.To be eligible to apply for this role you must have work rights in Philippines.#LI-JM1#LI-HybridAbout Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
