As part of this team, you will drive innovative change, maximizing the talents of individuals and teams through continuous learning, promoting a positive culture and improving the overall employee experience at Genesys.In this role, you will:Collaborate cross-functionally to identify skill gaps and shape essential training for enhanced expertise.Cultivate strong relationships, both internal and external, to surmount learning challenges.Plan, execute, and manage virtual, live, and hybrid events on platforms like Zoom.Design comprehensive learning curriculums, spanning formats such as manuals, modules, and instructor-led sessions.Utilize inventive course design approaches to create impactful training programs.Additionally, you will:Master development tools, course organization, branding, and design processes.Analyze and report on the employee experience, tracking valuable insights.Maintain and enhance the company's learning portal and SharePoint sites.Provide pivotal support for flagship programs like new hire onboarding, Personalized Learning Journeys, and the Elevate Employee Experience Event.Minimum Requirements:Prior experience in customer-facing roles.Proficiency in productivity tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, as well as learning platforms.Exposure to employee engagement programs.Project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at developing impactful written materials for a global audience.Creative thinking in crafting training materials and approaches.Data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret insights.Flexibility for up to 20% travel for meetings and events.We value the following additional qualifications:5+ years of relevant professional experience.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, professional development, instructional design, or a related field.Familiarity with the CX/CCaaS industry and related technology.Prior experience in education content creation.Proficiency with virtual event platforms, preferably Zoom Events.Robust experience in HR/L&D, with a deep understanding of core learning & development practices.Familiarity with learning management systems (preferably Docebo and/or Workday).Proficiency with authoring tools like Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Canva.Compensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
