What you will be doing?DiscoverYou will participate in workshops with business users to uncover gaps and opportunities, define the projected benefits and present the outcomes to all stakeholders. DesignYou will collaborate with Sales Specialist and Account Executives in creating a customized demo and have the opportunity to tell the story that showcases the Genesys solution. Learn and ShareYou will be the conduit between the Genesys CX Sales organization and the Experience Transformation group by staying up to date on Genesys digital and AI products.What do you need to have to be successful?A passion for technology and helping people solve problems.Interpersonal communication, polished verbal and written communication in English, Spanish and Portuguese.Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment and able to multitask, prioritize and be detail-oriented.Have the technological know-how of digital technologies used in the contact center such as web messaging, web chat, social media, SMS, Email, co-browsing, agent desktops, knowledge bases, AI and predictive routing and engagement.
