Your potential is waiting; why are you?Job descriptionGenesys Web Service team is responsible for design, development, and deployment of Open Platform APIs in both Cloud as well as in premise. This APIs help customers access Engage Platform functionalities and thereby they can integrate these APIs into their own product to provide an integrated environment to its agent. The GWS suites of components are developed in Java and spring framework, and it uses Redis, Elastic Search, Cassandra for storing and retrieving data with ease. Also, it uses latest tools such as github actions for its CI/CD and uses prometheus and grafana cloud for monitoring and logging.
