Your potential is waiting; why are you?Senior Analyst, Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT)Location: UKSummary:The Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) Senior Analyst (L3) works as part of the global Corporate Information Security (InfoSec) Team to provide timely, accurate, and specific information security services to the corporation. The analyst's primary responsibility is to swiftly respond to any actual or suspected activity that could undermine the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information technology systems or data at Genesys.  Manage major incidents, coordinate the incident response process, conduct detailed incident investigations, and perform root cause analysis. Key Responsibilities:·       Perform and/or coordinate incident response duties for Genesys, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively.·       Operate and assist in maintaining incident response tools and processes.·       Perform and/or coordinate computer forensic collection and memory analysis on various operating systems.·       Conduct analysis of computer security advisories, vulnerability scans, and cyber intelligence threats and reports to improve the company's IT security posture.·       Identify and mitigate potential threats, perform an in-depth analysis of log files, systems, and network traffic.Minimum Requirements:·       Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operating systems, internet technologies and/or infrastructure.·       Strong knowledge of advanced persistent threats, sophisticated cyberattacks, incident investigations, computer forensics and root cause analysis.·       Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, GCIH, etc.) are highly desirable.·       Training and/or knowledge of security-specific disciplines and security tools.·       Demonstrated ability to work in a global environment and work independently with minimal supervision.·       Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security incidents to both technical and non-technical staff.​Desirable Skills:·       Multi-lingualBenefits:·       Flexible work schedules and work from home options·       Development and career growth opportunities·       Excellent pension scheme·       Bonus scheme·       Health Insurance·       Income Protection & Life Assurance·       Family friendly leave allowances, including paid maternity and paternity leave.#LI-VL1#LI-Remote#LI-Onsite#LI-HybridAbout Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
