Your potential is waiting; why are you?About This RoleThe Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing digital marketing activity in Japan, building marketing programs that generate pipeline and build awareness for the region. You will also work closely with the APAC Digital Marketing team and Japan marketing team to co-ordinate on activities.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Campaign Management as well as Social, Search, Display and Retargeting tactics, while seeking new digital platforms to generate demand and increase online loyalty.What You’ll Be Doing:In this role, the primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Development and end-to-end Project Management of new marketing programs and campaignsWork on SEO strategy for Japan and optimise website – under the APAC and central team’s guidanceManage SEM for Japan market and build strategy with support from APAC lead and local agencyUpdate Japan website with new content in line with global campaigns and local initiativesRoll out paid social media campaigns to complement centrally driven programs as well as developing localised campaignsArrange and promote webinarsBuild account targeted programs with the support of APAC Digital TeamManage relationship and performance of local digital agenciesLocalise and build email/nurture streams in line with global requirementsManagement of local blog and organic social channelsCampaign/program reportingPerformance review of programs against Marketing Targets for JapanWe’d Love to Hear from You!Digital savvy with minimum 8 years’ experience, preferably agency-side or in a similar role within a B2B environmentBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines, or relevant industry experienceBusiness level English and fluency in Japanese a mustIT industry or SaaS experience an advantageA customer-centric mindset that embraces creativity, innovation, and accountabilityExcellent collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with the sales organisation, regional marketing, marketing operations, corporate marketing, product and services groupsPassion for and solid knowledge of social media platforms: you live and breathe what’s trendingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple campaigns and priorities efficiently and effectively, in a fast-paced environmentHigh degree of initiative, ownership, and accountability.Proven experience with Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine OptimisationProficiency with CMS Platforms (preferably Wordpress) and Google AnalyticsStrong analytical and operational capabilities, familiarity with SFDC and MarTech stackCopywriting skills a bonusPlease note that Genesys will not accept resumes from agencies at this time.To be eligible to apply for this role you must be legally permitted to work in Japan.#LI-TW1#LI-HybridIf a Genesys employee referred you, please use the link they sent you to apply.About Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
