As the Senior Retail Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role on our team as we continue to build a strong brand and drive engagement and demand, both online and in-stores. The role reports to the Senior Manager, APAC Retail Marketing and is an integral part in the growth markets regional marketing team with a primary focus on ANZ markets. This role is responsible for collaborating with our commercial teams, global retail marketing team, retail partners and various suppliers, to create and execute retail marketing plans and lead localised development and execution of display fixtures at Sonos’ key consumer electronic and AVS channel partners.What You’ll DoSupport strategy development, planning and execution of retail marketing programs on time and on budget, both in-store and online, at specific CE and AVS channel partners, aligned to our brand and retail strategy and in collaboration with our commercial and training teamLead the management and execution (in partnership with our display suppliers) of retail display fixtures specific to assigned accounts in ANZ, including display resets for new product introductions, new displays, POS and monthly maintenance reporting communications. Support wider APAC marketing team with display expertise led through global and ANZ marketsPlan, develop and execute a full omni-channel path to purchase for our core product categories, understanding and optimising all available touchpoints through a shopper lens, working in collaboration with cross functional collegues and regional brand/marketing teamSupport the implementation of an effective investment prioritisation program and management of significant OPEX, CAPEX and MDF (Co-Marketing) budgets; understanding investment impact against set KPI’s; enacting a value engineering mindsetBudget management including POs, invoicing, maintaining budget documents and trackers in partnership with our suppliers, regional and global finance teamsLead asset creation and new product toolkit process in partnership with the Global Marketing Teams ensuring asset packs are localised, accurate and delivered to retailers and suppliers on time and in fullWhat You’ll NeedBasic QualificationsBachelor degree required (or equivalent experience)Minimum of 5+ years retail marketing experience within similar industry and/or brandPreferred QualificationsA knowledge/understanding of the ANZ marketing and retail landscapesStrong collaboration and partnering skillsHighly organized with ability to multi-task across numerous projectsAgile problem-solver who enjoys getting close to the workAbility to take full ownership of complex projects with limited day to day guidance Excellent verbal, written and communication skillsStrong analytical skillsComfortable within fast-paced global organization where team members are in multiple offices and countriesWilling to travel up to 20% of the timeAble to operate efficiently and effectively in a remote based organisation Extra bonus: Knowledge and experience of APAC markets outside of ANZYour profile will be reviewed and you'll hear from us once we have an update.
