The SVC QA team owns validation and certification responsibilities for any Voice assistant integrated within the Sonos ecosystem, such as Alexa, Google Assistant and Sonos Voice Control. You will play a central role in building and driving our Voice assistant validation strategy. What You’ll DoCreate, maintain and monitor automated tests in our acoustic lab and testbeds to validate Sonos Voice Control Product deliverables.Define Sonos Voice control acoustic validation strategy and execute Live and exploratory testing sessions in our dedicated acoustic spaces. Investigate, log, track, and triage bugs to determine root cause and help prioritization.Document and report issues, contribute to product release notes and test reports. Run third party voice certifications : Alexa, Google Voice and any future Sonos partner.Perform data collections required to train and evaluate our machine learning models: Room impulse responses, noise, and a wide array of selfsound content.Skills You’ll NeedBasic Qualifications:Experience with automated testingProven track record in acoustic issue investigations and performance analysisMS in Computer Science / Audio engineering / Electrical engineeringAbility to formalize, analyze and solve complex problemsExperience with general purpose programming languages (Python, Shell, C++...)
