And in the next few years, it will transform every industry.As part of the global IT PMO team, you will play a critical role in leading projects that impacts PLM strategies, systems, and processes within the organization. You will collaborate closely with teams, including engineering, product management, supply chain, for execution and alignment with organizational objectives. In partnership with senior IT leaders, you will be responsible for global execution of your projects, ensuring consistency and timely execution in line with our PMO processes. Inspect and assess projects’ health; provide input for corrections needed or help raise up issues for quick resolution.What you'll be doing:Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of PLM projects. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project achievements and deliverables. Coordinate project resources, manage risks, and resolve issues.PLM System Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of PLM systems, including system evaluation, selection, configuration, and customization. Collaborate with IT teams, business partners, and vendors for deployment and integrated solutions.Cross-functional Partnership: Champion strong relationships and collaboration teams including product management, engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance. Act as a liaison between different teams to align priorities, resolve conflicts, and ensure seamless integration of PLM processes.Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Work closely with business team members to understand their PLM requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Conduct business process analysis for improvement and optimization.Change Management: Develop strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new PLM systems and processes. Collaborate with organizational teams to develop communication plans, training materials, and collaborator engagement strategies to drive successful change initiatives.Project Governance and Reporting: Establish project governance frameworks, including project charters, governance boards, and reporting mechanisms. Provide regular project updates, performance metrics, and status reports to critical team members and senior management. Ensure project documentation is maintained and accessible for future reference.Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and external partners to procure and implement PLM solutions. Lead vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support.Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities for process, automation, and optimization within the PLM framework. Implement standard processes, drive efficiency gains, and improve overall product lifecycle management.Risk Management: Identify and handle risks and issues related to PLM projects. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize project disruptions and ensure business continuity.What we need to see:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business) or equivalent experience. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, with a focus on PLM.Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and collaborator management.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and collaborators at all levels.Analytical attitude to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.Organizational change expertise, with the ability to drive organizational change and lead resistance to change.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with product development and manufacturing processes, industry standard methodologies, and regulatory requirements.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
