Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world!What you will be doing: Execute the program plan you craft by scoping the project, identifying and assembling the core team, formally kicking off the project with customers, developing a joint project timeline, supporting the design-in effort by providing technical collateral, leading engineering design reviews, ensuring the implementation of any customer-required features, driving resolution of any blocking issues, and ensuring timely customer acceptance and production deployment.Coordinate and lead sophisticated technical engineering-to-engineering discussions related to system architecture, firmware, device driver, system management, deep learning algorithms, or applications.Lead multifaceted global cross-functional team of software & hardware engineering, manufacturing operations, product quality, product management, and/or account executives to resolve technical or operational blockers, to keep the programs on-track.Regularly report the program status and key issues to customer and executive management.Identify organizational learning opportunities for continuous improvements.Regularly communicate program status and key issues to managementDevelop a close working relationship with customer development teams and use creativity to find solutions to their issuesWhat we need to see: BS/MS or equivalent experience in Engineering or Computer Science8+ years in IT (Information Technology) industry with a focus on program/project managementProven deep customer and technical savvy born of implementing complex programs deploying servers in large Cloud Service Providers and/or on-prem enterprise datacentersSupreme leadership skills across broad and diverse cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience leading global projectsTravel <5%Ways to stand out from the crowd: Experience in program managing with customers on deploying computing servers at large datacenters with bold goals and timelinesProven track record to work cross-functionally with multiple partners distributed across the globeUnderstanding and knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS (Amazon Web Services), GCP (Google Cloud Platform), datacenter design including GPU computing and networkingNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
