NVIDIA is hiring a Senior ASIC Design Engineer to design, analyze, and evolve next generation SoC solutions. If you are a motivated individual that understands how SoC systems are architected and built and understand various development cycles, this is your place to beWhat you'll be doing:Discuss, document, integrate, implement, and deliver fully verified, PPA-efficient IP to SOCYour responsibilities will include architecture and micro-architecture design, RTL design and synthesis, and logic and timing verification using pioneering CAD tools and semiconductor process technologiesWork with the verification team to define the verification plan and make the IPs fully signoff at IP levelsWork with power and backend team to meet PPA, timing You need to create some tools to improve the work efficiencyWhat We Need To See:Track record of first-pass success in ASIC DevelopmentB.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering2+ years of relevant work experience in RTL development focused on CPU, GPU, and high-performance architecturesProficiency in industry-standard RTL development and synthesis toolsExperience with test bench environments for unit verificationGood debugging and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work with on-site and remote teamsProficient programming in Perl/Python (or similar scripting languages) Ways to stand out from the crowd:Familiar with functional coverage and assertion-based verification methodologiesGood English communication skillsHands-on experience with AMBA protocols such as AXI, ACE, CHI, ATB, etcHands-on experience with complex subsystems in new technologies like ARM CPU complex, LPDDR, HBM, GPU’s, DLA, PCIE or Network on chip
