NVIDIA is looking for Hardware Engineer for our System Product Engineering group. The candidate will take full responsibility for networking systems’ production support engineering matters. The position requires an understanding of hardware, firmware/software, mechanical integration, and manufacturing. The candidate will supervise Production support engineering activities in a few contract manufacturing lines, working closely with groups across the networking organization: Hardware/Software/Firmware R&D, Architecture, Test Engineering, Quality & Reliability, and Operations groups. The candidate will take part in direct communications with NVIDIA internal and external groups. The position provides an opportunity to gain deep knowledge of NVIDIA networking systems and a system-level view of our solutions, along with working in dynamic and positive environment. ​What you'll be doing:Leading the Production Product Engineering activities in Israel manufacturing sites and being the point of contact for local and global production supportLeading production infrastructure & jigs functionality, support stability and quality with no production holdsNew equipment installation and leading the validation process for new infrastructure established and providing technical supportPerform troubleshooting, provide root cause analysis and Initiate design improvements and documentation with our R&D, Engineering, and operations groups to achieve continuous improvementDefine, characterize maintenance plan, routines, and monitoring processes and implementation on production linesEstablish, train, and maintain a robust production infrastructure support process to enable test manufacturing full independenceDrive the CM to full independence and responsibilityManage revision control and implementations of our ATE stationsMonitoring our KPI and performing Analysis of ATE yield performance to generate plans for cost-savingJigs mechanical calibrations and analyze repetitive issuesDefine thermal validation for HASS/BURN-IN chambers, solve thermal problems, and definition of preventive maintenance.What we need to see:B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience3+ years of practical experience with multidisciplinary systemsStrong problem-solving and prioritization abilityNetwork, Linux command, and windows experienceSystem information basic knowledgeStrong presentation and an interpersonal skillsFast and Self-LearnerExcellent English, verbal, and written communication skillsWays To Stand Out From The Crowd:Statistics and yield data analysis backgroundExperience in mechanical jigs' design/support/maintenanceHands-on experience: Test stations/test program debug experienceAbility to demonstrate experience in creative problem-solving skills, out of the box thinking
