Data Loop Operations Manager - Autonomous Vehicles

We are looking for a Data Loop Operations Manager who will be a key member of the team which focuses on driving scale, improving efficiency, and maximizing productivity for NVIDIA’s Autonomous Vehicles business unit. You will lead and optimize a complex set of operations to ensure complete and timely processing of all high-value data for developing self-driving vehicles. The ideal candidate is (1) operational, (2) analytical, and (3) customer-focused. There has never been a more exciting time to join us!What You Will Be Doing:Manage and track data through ingestion and processing pipelines and ensure all requirements are being metTroubleshoot problems with missing or corrupted data and build a recovery strategyBuild and maintain documentation that operations teams use to supervise data collection and workflow improvement effortsEngage customer teams to understand project requirements, distill those requirements to the operations teams, and supervise/report progressSolicit feedback from customers and partner with broader cross functional teams to quickly address open issuesDefine and analyze operational metrics and identify bottlenecks in processesPartner with teams inside and outside of the organization to resolve bottlenecks and improve efficienciesBuild dashboards to enable data-informed decisionsProcess improvement: identify gaps in operations and lead efforts to close those gapsWhat We Need To See:BS or MS in Engineering, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)4+ years of working experience in technical program management, operations or analyticsConsistent track record to thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring order to ambiguous situationsCross-functional leader who can influence a diverse set of technical and non-technical users and deliver resultsExtensive experience with managing multiple projects to meet tight deadlinesDetail oriented with strong communication and organizational skillsSelf-motivated, fast learner, keen on process improvementProficiency in SQL, experience working with Python and JiraWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience with autonomous vehicles domain and/or data operationsExperience in a startup environmentHistory of managing customers
