As an expert in the talent needs of our business, you’ll be an adviser to the extraordinary people you find, engage, and guide through NVIDIA’s hiring processWhat you'll be doing:Screen, and help referral candidates are evaluated and considered for open roles. This role is functional expert and has a deep understanding on the hiring needs, position specifications, and requirementsAuditing and pushing job applicant activity and trackingHandling the flow of resumes that are seen  by the recruiters and hiring managersAttending meanings and aligning to long-term business goals and hiring needs and moreAdvocate for NVIDIA’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiativesMonitor, analyze, and report on ERP trends to ensure team performance and manage partner relationshipsWhat we need to see:You will be someone who has a solid basic grasp of technology and technical buzz words1-3+ years of sourcing or staffing experience (with experience sourcing using LinkedIn, the open web, resume databases, etc.)Degree or equivalent experienceProven ability to meet deadlines, take initiative, be discerning, prioritize and work with a high sense of urgencyIf you have ATS or candidate database tracking experience will be advantageous (ideally Workday, but others are fine too)You are someone who possesses excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skillsYou have enthusiasm and passion to contribute and perform in a high-performing team environment and be team orientedExpertise in advanced talent search techniques including Boolean, sourcing tools (i.e. applicant tracking systems), online niche resources, LinkedIn, the open web, and resume databases. Ability to provide insight and aptitude for data and reportingWorked at a high-tech company in some type of hardware or software recruiting capacityDemonstrable track record in a high-volume environment – preferably in recruiting, but other demanding fields will also be consideredStrong understanding of recruiting, process, manager feedback and ability to read, and understand quickly
