Collaborate with engineering teams to build User Experiences within ServiceNow including integrations with other applicationsCommunicate with stakeholders regularly to manage expectations and to provide project updates on scope, budget, and velocity.Refine requirements based on prototyping, hands-on testing, and iterative feedback, acting as a bridge between customer desires and technical realitiesReview and provide feedback on architecture, prototype, build, test, and deploy business rules, and technical solutions, such as client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, scheduled jobs, import sets and transform maps, ACLs, and notificationsWhat we need to see:BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent program from an accredited University/College (or equivalent experience)Demonstrable 7 plus years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Product Manager with hands-on knowledge in implementing workflow automation.Solid grasp of ServiceNow architecture and key modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, HRSD application and Service Catalog/Service PortalKnowledge on Integrations/API with ServiceNow and 3rd party platformsKnowledge of AI and machine learning technologies and their application in workflow automation.Creation of written deliverables (presentations, requirement documentation, emails, etc.) for core team, stakeholders and executivesExposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery and Orchestration and other applications like Service Watch, GRC, etc.Extremely motivated, highly passionate, and curious about new technologies.
