NVIDIA DOCA Verification team is seeking a highly motivated Software Manager with hands-on technical experience, to lead all Automation and infrastructure activities of the next generation Data Processing Unit Software, with wide range of features related to SDK, security, networking and services. At NVIDIA, we are seeking a high-energy and experienced professional with a proven track record of leading automation teams. This full-time position requires working closely with NVIDIA DOCA SDK teams. it also requires a strong knowledge of CI and automation tools and the ability to work with shifting priorities and dynamic environment. What you'll be doing:Manage the team both personally and professionallyImprove test programs architecture and infrastructure to meet the demands of next generation DPU and DOCA softwareLead all Automation activities, CI and infrastructure of DOCA teamWork with various teams at NVIDIA to improve and automate data analysis capabilities for all engineering and characterization test results What we need to see:Bachelors Degree in EE, CS or CE or equivalent work experience6+ overall years of relevant experience3+ years in a managerial position with hands on experience with the software development lifecycle and automation toolsDetail oriented and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirementsAbility to work with various teams and have strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills with attention to detailsExcellent communications skills, self-motivated and well organizedStrong programming skills in Python , other scripting languages (such as Shell) is an advantageExperience in CI methodology & servers (e.g. Gerrit, Jenkins etc.)Knowledge in Docker knowledge - huge advantage Ways to stand out from the crowd:Extensive experience in difference Linux distribution like Centos, Ubuntu, RedHat etc.Prior software testing experience, with an understanding of Software Testing Tools and MethodologiesKnowledge of NVIDIA DPU productsExpertise in packaging software in Linux (rpms, debs)NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
