And in the next few years, it will transform every industry.As the TPM (Technical Program Manager) leader in our global IT PMO team, you will provide oversight on various Security initiatives (Enterprise Security, Infosec, Cyber Security, Product Security) as well as other transformative programs/projects including new technology solutions within IT. You will clarify and challenge objectives, develop roadmaps, assess the complexity and risks, unblock as needed, and partner with highly skilled technical resources to deliver quality solutions with agility and speed. In partnership with senior IT leaders, you will be responsible for global execution of your programs, ensuring consistency and timely execution in line with our PMO processes. Inspect and assess programs’ health; provide input for corrections needed or help raise up issues for quick resolution.What you'll be doing:Lead multiple, concurrent complex programs or projects primarily in the security space.Develop the roadmap and drive the execution of IT portfolio body of work aligned with business objectives and over all company strategy.Work with the strategy planning leader to incorporate voice of customer, prioritize technical and business projects to ensure value is delivered.Work with project owners to identify project scope, define success criteria, build and manage project budget, and outline resource requirements.Identify, Manage multi-functional dependencies.Break down plans into digestible parts and lead the team throughout the lifecycle of the demand including release support.Communicate with stakeholders regularly to manage expectations and to provide project updates on scope, budget, and velocity.Provide quality status reports consistently.Interact and collaborate with multi-functional teams and different org levels.What we need to see:Bachelor's Degree in computer science or other related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).15+ overall years of IT experience (10+ years of experience successfully leading parallel technical programs in a fast paced, multifaceted, enterprise environment with at least 5+ years’ experience as a TPM leader).Technical capability in Security concepts.Technical capability in AI concepts including Generative AI, AIops, SecOps, Enterprise search products and Infrastructure.Agile Transformation/execution expertise a must.Business Intelligence/visualization tools experience a must.Proven track record of delivering solutions when needed, while navigating a fast-paced environment with frequent shift in priorities.Strong communication skills both written and verbal/presentations. Ability to bridge from high-level objectives to project details and vice-versa.Ability to engage with IT & business leaders to unblock/advance projects as needed.Willingness to work with distributed team members across different time zones.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
