Senior Quality and Reliability Engineer

We are now looking for a Hardware Quality Engineer.The Quality and Reliability Engineer will provide leadership and management for the quality function and sustain the quality philosophy for the organization. Establish, maintain and optimize an effective quality management system. Create and implement a quality plan to achieve the levels of quality established through organizational goals, customer expectations, and related partners. Enhance and improve products by working towards problem-solving tools, prevention methods, quality-at-the-source and continual improvement techniques. Management Representative for Quality Systems.What you’ll be doing:Design, develop and lead quality assurance processes and methodsResponsible for customer quality issues and ensure and working with other members and managers to resolveResponsible to ensure the organization is maintaining adherence to quality control plans and processesMaintain and enhance product design development, verification and validation processes, to allow high quality of interconnects and systems products throughout the entire product life cycle and improvement plan by establishing scorecardsDrive for Quality process improvement initiatives to reduce customer complaints and internal scrap, drive internal quality mindsetMaintain and oversee the document control and quality record system, oversee the corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) system / databaseWhat we need to see:Bachelor Science in Metallurgy or Material Science, other technical degrees will be consideredExperience: 8+ years preferred in leadership and manufacturingProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer relation skills and ability to interact at a high level with all levels of the organizationStrong organizational and project management skillsKnowledgeable in root cause analysis and corrective actionAbility to take part in continuous education and training​ Ways to stand out from the crowd:Knowledge in semi conductor process and designExperience in optical device manufacturing and designStrong problem-solving skills and analytical ability, processes orientedAbility to provide strong servant leadership to support team membersNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
