We are seeking for a Camera Image Quality Test Engineer to design test flow for innovating cameras projects in engagements with field and technology teams for groundbreaking applications such as Robotics and Autonomous Vehicles.What you’ll be doing:Design test and calibration protocols for new generation camera systems. Develop tools and scripts to automate data collection, test case execution, and results analysisWork with system design and perception teams to solve unique AI image quality challengesEngage with suppliers, drive quality control testing and analyze production performanceContinually improve processes, optimize workflow and maintain the highest quality levelsWhat We Need to See:Master’s degree in computer science, optical science, image science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in camera testing or characterizationKnowledge of image quality metrics and standards (ISO, CPIQ, EMVA, P2020, ...).Outstanding data analysis skillsProficient with Matlab, experience with scripting languages such as Python in Windows and Linux environmentExcellent interdisciplinary skills, ability to connect with many teams at all project stagesFast learning and good troubleshooting skillsWe have some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working with us.
