Responsibilities will require US Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) EAR regulation knowledge, and the ability to translate the regulation into SAP/GTS system automation.What you will be doing:Support SAP GTS management, including Sanction Party Screening, Legal Control Export/Import:Maintain/Configure Sanction Party Master Data; GTS block review and resolution;  Review/Audit resultsSupport GTS License Configuration/Determination, Determination Strategy, and License Block review and resolutionReview and resolve GTS Embargo Configuration and BlockMaintain Master Data including product classification and customer data.What we need to see:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years experience in related areasDemonstrate strong use and working knowledge of SAP GTS and ECC, Hana S4 areasKnowledge of product classification (HS-Code / ECCN)Advanced understanding of US Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) EAR Export regulationsFamiliar with EU/EMEA/APAC/India Export/Import regulationsWorking knowledge of 2020 IncotermsExcellent International transaction auditing skillsExperience Creating Documented Processes & ProceduresProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe, SalesforceProject management experience a plus.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Work cross functionally with Legal, Sales, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Tax/Finance, and IT departments to achieve our business and compliance objectives.Ability to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment to execute the day-to-day activities and independently with minimal supervision with strong communication (verbal and written) and time management skills.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
