Join us to influence and build the next generation of Conversational AI!What you'll be doing:Take a hands-on approach to evolve the product security model, development and deployment practices for NeMo GuardrailsCoordinate testing with internal and external partnersAct as a resource for customers to assist in development of their own security practiceDrive long-term research directions in language model safety, security, and controlWhat we need to see:MS or PhD (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field5+ years of proven experienceSignificant experience working with large language models from the user, developer, and ML engineering perspectives.Strong security background, particularly in assisting external teams implement products and services in a secure fashionExperience working as part of a distributed teamExperience with programming language design and implementationWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience performing adversarial testing against large language modelsFamiliarity with automated security testing and fuzzingExperience with securing cloud microservicesResearch or product development experience with task-oriented dialogue systemsThe base salary range is $160,000 - $304,750.
