Product Manager - Model Optimization Toolkit

To bring AI to life, neural networks need to be trained and deployed for inference running inside applications in the datacenter or at the edge, such as in automobiles, drones, medical devices, and more. Some of the common applications using NVIDIA Deep Learning software are LLMs, Generative AI, Recommender Systems, Conversational virtual assistants. NVIDIA is at the forefront helping advance the latest research and product improvements for everybody! To enable AI researchers and developers to keep pace with this dynamic field, we seek a technical product manager who understands the deep learning software stack and ecosystem. In particular, we are looking for a person who is enthusiatic about building the Model Optimization Toolkit for compressing the model for optimized inference.The Product Management organization is a small, strong, and sought after group both inside and outside of NVIDIA as our team is passionate about deep learning use cases to drive the company's strategy. We need a self-starter to continue to grow this area and work with customers, who are helping define the future of AI. If this fits, we would love to learn more about you!What You'll be Doing:Develop product strategy and go-to-market plansCollaborate with internal and external deep learning engineers and researchers to build product-based roadmapsYou will help channel customer usability feedback from the external community back to the internal teams to improve NVIDIA productsWork closely with JAX, TensorFlow, PyTorch and other Deep Learning Frameworks developers to define easy to use workflow for using Model Optimization ToolkitDefine important product metrics to continuously monitor to ensure NVIDIA leadership over competitor's offeringsWhat We Need to See:BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar field or equivalent experience6+ years of technical product management, or similar, experience at a technology company3+ year of experience with deep learning or machine learningStrong knowledge programming techniques, and software developmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWays to Stand Out from the Crowd:Advanced knowledge of innovative algorithms for quantization, sparsity, distillation, pruning and NASExisting public facing technical content or open source contributionsDirect development experience with NVIDIA software and SDKsKnowledge of GPU HW architecture and prior work experience with HW/SW co-designWith competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
