We are now looking for an outstanding CUDA developer to build libraries and services that accelerate mapping, robotic navigation, and object reconstruction. The right candidate will combine deep experience with the 3D application domain with strong collaboration and passion for efficient, well-crafted software.What you'll be doing:Partner with research and product teams to identify common requirements, consolidate our best 3D software and algorithms, and productize solutions.Implement and improve point cloud, voxel, and other computer vision algorithms using CUDA.Establish and drive product-critical performance and quality metricsProfile, debug, and optimize data-center and edge computer vision workloads for efficiency, latency, and throughput.Contribute to large and sophisticated code bases combining custom C++and Python with platforms like Kubernetes and Triton to deliver computer vision at scale.What we need to see:Master's of Science in Computer Science, Electrical engineering, or Physics or equivalent experience8+ years practical experience or equivalentProficiency with C++, Cuda, and PythonBroad experience building 3D computer vision libraries and applicationsStrong fundamentals with multi-threaded and distributed software developmentGrounding in mathematics including linear algebra, numerical methods, statistics, and exploratory data analysis.Pragmatism to efficiently bring meaningful products to market and persistence to improve them over time.Strong collaboration skills to partner with algorithm designers, application developers, and infrastructure and MLOps teams.Ability and desire to learn new technologiesWays to Stand Out from the Crowd:Familiarity with common deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, OnnxRT, or JAXCurrent with the latest model-based algorithms such as Light Glue and Instant NERF. Armed with opinions and insight on how to combine these approaches with classic computer vision methods for outstanding results.History of creativity and innovation around computer vision including patents and publicationsThe base salary range is $216,000 - $414,000.
