Information Security Engineer

The NVIDIA Information Security team is seeking a passionate, highly motivated Information Security Engineer to drive quality and excellence in our programs and initiatives. As a member of the Standards and Awareness team, you will need a solid understanding of Information Security concepts, frameworks, and tools. You are expected to take strong ownership and a hands-on approach to optimize our processes, tools, and services through scripting and automation, lead metrics development and distribution, raise awareness through our self-service portal, and support other team functions.What You’ll be Doing:Design and implement automated processes to streamline security tasks and enhance service delivery.Develop automated and broadly available metrics to drive security awareness.Build and maintain a self-service security portal to promote improved security behaviors.Perform social engineering exercises, including phishing simulation tests.Support and manage our Password Manager and Asset Discovery solution.Expand and support our security documentation, websites, and other resources.Provide guidance to help teams understand requirements and improve their security posture.What We Need to See:BS or equivalent experience6+ years of working experience in Information Security.Demonstrated ability to implement security solutions and projects.Proficiency with Python, Shell, Perl, C++, or other languages.Strong ownership, self-sufficient, and a desire to lead projects.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A data-driven approach to identify improvement opportunities.Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:Certifications in one or more of the following areas: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, OSCP.Prior experience with automation and software development projects.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Broad understanding of security frameworks and concepts.With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
