We are looking for an experienced, bright, focused, analytical, and motivated manufacturing engineering director to take full ownership for our manufacturing engineering processes leading a team of engineers driving continues improvement in our production lines around the globe. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world. What you'll be doing:Manage team of engineers overseeing the production of optical components and ensuring adherence to industry standards and specifications.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop manufacturing strategies for optical products.Conducting research and feasibility studies to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality.Developing and maintaining documentation, including manufacturing instructions and standard operating procedures.Working alongside with the Operations, R&D and NPI teams on projects & mass productionKeeping abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices in optical manufacturing.Travel as needed for the business.What we need to see:B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience10+ overall years’ experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment in the Chip industry8+ years of managerial experienceSeasoned manager & leader.Knowledge and experience in Semiconductor industry (Fabless company – benefit)Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPointPerforms well in an intensive and dynamic environment. Ways to stand out from the crowd:Vast knowledge of manufacturing processesTeam player with good interpersonal relationsGoals oriented – meet goals and due dates.High level communication skills, both written and oralA “go-getter” - an intrinsic ability to get things done, deliver results, strong leadership and presence.
