As part of the Operations Product Development Engineering GPU Team, you will work on productizing NVIDIA’s chips into consumer, professional and datacenter markets.What you will be doing:As part of the Operations Engineering team, you will:Drive our latest architecture designs to marketIdentify and implement test processes to improve manufacturing efficiency for our latest GPU architectures, built in leading-edge process technologyAnalyze and root cause product yield limiters, qualification failures (silicon, package, HBMs) on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE)Lead multi-functional efforts with DFx, Design, Timing, Test, Foundry, Quality, and Suppliers to root-cause complicated technical problemsFind creative solutions to complex problems and be on front-line to lead showstopper bugsHave opportunity to influence future ASIC designs to improve product quality, test coverage to drive yields up and reduce wasteWhat we need to see:Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience6+ years of equivalent experienceCritical thinking, solution focused, deep problem solving skills and strong sense of ownershipExposure to digital design and circuit analysisExposure to critical path analysis, process technologies, device physics, silicon reliability and aging mechanismsKnowledgeable in DFx and various fault modelsExperience with product characterization on Verigy 93K testerProficient in statistical modelling of data using JMP software or other statistical tools for data analysisFamiliarity with scripting/programming knowledge (Python or Perl)Skilled at collaborating with global teamsExcellent interpersonal skills, cross-functionally and between companiesWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience with DRAM Testing and 2.5D assemblyStrong background in DFx techniques and advanced CMOS processesExamples of creative solutions to silicon/package problemsWith competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
