We identify, attract, and hire the next generation of NVIDIA luminaries and leaders. Our University Recruiters are key contributors to our team’s success. They are responsible for driving on campus recruiting strategies, developing a diverse candidate pipeline, and building pivotal relationships with academic partners. If you are creative and autonomous, we want to hear from you!What you'll be doing:Lead on University recruitment efforts at several of our targeted India universitiesPartner with engineering teams to understand specific business needs and develop, implement, and execute customized recruitment strategiesEngage active and passive top talent through on campus relationships and eventsManage screening process for resumes collected at campus events to build pipeline and accomplish hiring goals across a wide range of openingsMaintain, track, and share data by event with internal partnersWork as one team and assume ad-hoc projects whenever there is a surge in hiring needsRepresent NVIDIA externally and communicate our goals and strategyWhat we need to see:Bachelors or Masters degreeMinimum of 3+ years technical university recruiting experienceWillingness to travel and work a flexible schedule based on our recruiting seasonsWays to stand out from the crowd:We’re looking for someone with meticulous organizational skills, solid data tracking methods, and an emphasis on spotless executionYou look forward to juggling multiple clients and timelines while working in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills
