We are looking for a Finance Director to support the Automotive and Embedded Business, reporting to the Finance FP&A organization. As part of NVIDIA’s Finance organization, the overarching responsibilities will be to build and maintain a strong, collaborative partnership with senior leaders to strategically lead all financial planning and analysis in support of business growth. This is a highly visible and instrumental role for an energetic individual who can function independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and thrives on inspiring change while impacting the business.We seek and individual that has the ability to collaborate with key leaders to support the growth of the Automotive and Embedded Business. This Finance leader will continue to integrate and improve reporting, business processes and systems to NVIDIA including the following responsibilities.What you’ll be doing:Lead a team of Finance professionals to deliver reporting and data in an efficient and timely manner to provide business insight and analysisCollaborate with Automotive and Embedded leaders on strategic current and future BusinessesSupport long range planning processes by product and marketDevelop business process and system improvements and support broader Finance process and automation initiativesBuild and maintain strong partnerships within the Company, including mentorship and development of the Finance teamWhat we need to see:15+ overall years of experience in Finance at technology companies; with 7+ years of leading a teamBachelor’s degree or MBA (or equivalent experience)Understanding of Automotive and Embedded Business is a mustExpertise in Hardware business models, build planning, forecasting, analysis, market models, related metricsExceptional business sense and ability to understand and resolve complex business issuesDynamic interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence across all levels within and outside the companyExcellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skillsNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
