Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.What you'll be doing:Plan and execute engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.Collaborate with the engineering team to understand their operational needs and challenges, providing technical support as required.Participate in the design and implementation of new engineering systems or upgrades to existing systems that will allow us to analyze data to support decision-making.Identify areas of process improvements and efficiency gains to improve throughput (capacity), quality (yield), cost, and CT.Monitor engineering workflows and identify bottlenecks or challenges, working with the team to address and resolve them.Coordinate with cross-functional team, such as R&D, manufacturing, Q&R to ensure effective communication and collaboration.Support the documentation of engineering processes, including creating and updating standard operating procedures and technical manuals.Participate in meetings and discussions to provide insights into engineering operations and contribute the strategic decision-making.Provide technical support and guidance to the operations team, troubleshooting and resolving engineering-related issues.What we need to see:B.Sc. degree in Engineering (Material, mechanical, electrical, or related fields) , or equivalent experience5+ years’ experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment in the Chip industryStrong understanding of engineering principles and processes.Knowledge and experience in Semiconductor industry (Fabless company – benefit)Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and propose effective solutions.Detailed-oriented, well organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPointPerforms well in an intensive and dynamic environment.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes; assembly through testTeam player with good interpersonal relationsGoals oriented – meet goals and due dates.High level communication skills, both written and oralA “go-getter” - an intrinsic ability to get things done and deliver results and strong leadership and presence.
