If you are creative and autonomous, we want to hear from you!What you'll be doing:Monitor WIP and inventory across global contract manufacturers to ensure liable and accurate supply of goodsIdentify discrepancies in inventory (excess/shortage) and drive actions with cross-functional teams to mitigate risksDrive audit process with contract manufacturers to validate supply on hand to ensure data accuracyDrive strategic inventory programs and monitor data validation through analyticsEngage monthly/quarterly inventory analysis meetings with Finance to review logic vs physicalIdentify tools and methods to improve CM inventory reporting on partial finish good and finish good and drive alignment across all CM partnersDrive process alignments with CMs, develop and measure key performance indicators to ensure expectation and target goals are metControl areas of inventory transactions, reconciliation, aging inventory managementCollaborate with team members and business partners from different geographical locations. To apply your creativity and give feedback to the team members on ways to improve the business flows and work efficiencyWhat we need to see:B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.2+ years experience in a similar role, preferably within an engineering, manufacturing/operations environment, LogisticsKnowledge of project management techniques and toolsStrong organizational skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of NVIDIAVery strong leadership, facilitation, problem solving and project management skills are required to be successful in this roleExperience in working with suppliers, vendors and\or CEMsCapability to quick learn, understand, communicate and integrate technical concepts and issuesPersonality: highly organized, detailed orientated, a self-starter with a strong sense of ownershipWays to stand out from the crowd:Deep understanding of Logistics and passionate about what you doStrong collaborative and social skills, and ability to effectively guide and influence within a dynamic, multifaceted environmentMultifaceted environment
