The NVIDIA Professional Services Team is hiring a North America Engagement Manager with a pre-sales focus. We deploy NVIDIA-based solutions WW, mainly in HPC (High-Performance Computing), AI Infrastructure, and other NVIDIA-based solutions. The team focuses on NVIDIA's biggest customers, deploying some of the most extensive and complicated AI infrastructure systems worldwide. Your primary responsibility will be collaborating with clients, sales teams, Partners, and solution architects to understand client and partner's needs, propose the right solutions, and ensure a detailed transition from pre-sales to delivery. Discernment foresight, client/ partner leadership skills, and technical expertise will be instrumental in driving new business and supporting our growth.What you’ll be doing:You will be exposed to world-changing projects impacting our daily lives in your role. You'll take part in making these projects a huge success!Collaborate closely with Sales teams and Solution Architects to understand client requirements and craft innovative and effective professional services solutions.Serve as a primary point of contact for pre-sales Partner/ Client interactions and develop and maintain strong client/ Partner relationships, understanding their business needs and positioning our professional services as the ideal solution.Demonstrate your technical background to optimally communicate sophisticated solutions and concepts to clients/ Partners and participate in technical discussions to address client/ Partner queries and ensure solutions meet technical requirements.Assess potential opportunities and conduct initial scoping and analysis to resolve feasibility and alignment with our capabilities is key in this role.Build persuasive and engaging plans for partners, showcasing the value and benefits of our PS offerings.Lead the development of pre-sales collateral, case studies, and reference materials demonstrating our capabilities, differentiators, and track record.What we need to see:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field roles (or equivalent experience).8+ years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or program management roles within the professional services industry.Client/ partner proven skills with a track record of building and encouraging client/ Partner relationships.Relevant technical background and the ability to translate technical concepts into Service business value.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.Experience with proposal development and crafting persuasive cases.Practical and innovative demeanor, passionate about achieving engagement targets and driving Service growth and solution enablement.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Familiarity with project management/ program management principlesProficiency in CRM and sales/ engagement tools.Flexibility for occasional travel to client/ partner sites.The base salary range is $140,000 - $264,500.
