You will be a key cross-functional lead collaborating with teams across NVIDIA Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance and the Business Units to capture input and project capacity utilization in an environment that supports multiple program types on the same platform. Proven industrial engineering skills and knowledge with a strong leadership record is required. Demonstrated skills in data analytics, a passion for problem solving and optimization algorithms are key to being successful in this position.What you will be doing:Lead Capital investment decisions based on capacity requirements and rationalize forecast changesOptimize loading volume across CM’s to meet target supply or market revenue shareCollaborate cross-functionally across multiple different functions and processes to problem solve and present capacity impact in a clear and concise manner to drive actionSuccessfully operate throughout the management chain to communicate capacity risks & action plansCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, mfg engineering, supply chain, finance and engineering to evaluate capacity needs and identify the key constraintsDevelop, maintain and use advanced capacity planning algorithms to understand capacity gaps and risksCollaborate with IT teams to integrate planning models with other enterprise systems, ensuring smooth data flow and interoperabilityEstablish standard process methodologies and tools to enable efficient workflowsGlobal role which requires engagement with teams in US, Israel and APAC, flexibility in timing would be requiredWhat we need to see:Experience in capacity planning within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of capacity planning principles, methodologies, and standard processesProficiency in data analytics, applying tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or other similar softwareExperience with planning systems like Anaplan, Lllamasoft or IBPStrong collaborative and interpersonal skills, specifically a demonstrated ability to effectively guide and influence within a dynamic environmentAbility to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlinesAbility to communicate in a pan pacific environment and travel once a year to manufacturing sitesBachelor’s degree in Operations, Manufacturing Management, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)5+ years experience in capacity planning while closely collaborating with the manufacturing organization and suppliersWays to Stand out from the crowd: Strong history of success in similar environmentsDiscrete event simulation or Linear Programming ExperienceSQL / Splunk / Anaplan /Tableau / PowerBINVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
