Product Test Hardware Engineer

We are looking for a creative and independent Product Test HW Engineer in Hsinchu, Taiwan. We need a creative people who can help to manage the test production line (OSAT), sustain the test program, enhance the test yield, improve the test quality cross all devices which include GPU, self-driving devices, AI-computing chips.What you will be doing:Act as a link between planner team and our key chip subcontractors to ensure the daily and weekly production schedule get performed as planned.Working mechanical design with vendor for ATE HW and qualification for NPI and production.ATE HW quality Monitoring and improvement.Standardizing production process flow / data management, building up robust system to support DFM.ATE HW issue investigation and problem solving.Co-working with functional team to improve production yield and efficiency.Evaluating new material and solution to enhance operation efficiency.What we need to see:BS or MS degree on Mechanical with min. of 3 years of working experience is helpful.Good interpersonal communication skill, good English in verbal/written.Experience in CP/FT product test is better.Export in thermodynamics is good.Good problem-solving, teamwork, organizational, and quantitative skillsWell time management.Proficiency in business software applications such as Microsoft Office, ExcelWays to stand out from the crowd:To demonstrate consistently the ability to work with teams on fixing real operational problems to hit the goals.To lead internal and external team members with social skills to establish preventive action plans that can improve the overall performance of the company.
