We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team leading all aspects of managing NVIDIA production in contractor manufacturer. As part of the operations manager, your main role will be managing factory delivery from end to end, resolve all the critical issues in supply chain including capacity, material, engineering support etc. You will be the focal point between contractor manufactures and NVIDIA operations team. What you'll be doing:Manage NVIDIA Contract Manufactures in Vietnam and China. Be the main interface between NVIDIA operations team and CM to manage daily production in factory.Analyze forecast and demand thru AVC (build plan) and implement by working with CM tightly. Understand the risks from all the relevant aspects like labor resource, capacity, material, logistic, engineering and provide valuable feedback in time.Ensure OTD (On Time Delivery) performance for SA/FG meet target on weekly basis.Work closely with cross functional teams in different regions to implement all the changes to production, provide timely support to any urgent request.Manage NPI (2nd site) projects by working with Ops team in other regions, ensure pilot on schedule and products are transferred to MP as planned.What we need to see:3+ Years working experience in manufacturing in PCBA industry. With NPI project management experience.Familiar with SMT, mechanics assembly process, system integration and product testing.Experienced in working with multiple functions like Ops, Quality, Logistic, Product Engineering, Purchasing, Planning etc. Understand how those teams are working together for MP.Strong analytic skills and technical background. Able to understand issues in production and report out with details.Good urgent sense and raise flags in time for any production issues which might impact delivery target. Able to find right resource and ownership for issues.Good communication skill. Able to report and summarize all the risks for production in details.Excellent English. Be able to communicate with U.S and other regional teams on daily basis.Bachelor’s degree or above. Mechanical /Electrical / Engineering or related fields.Self motivated, ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion. A strong team player; and good attitudeWilling to travel as required.
