NVIDIA is uniquely positioned to help top startups achieve breakout success, and we are looking for a Startup Growth Manager to join NVIDIA Inception, a program that supports startups developing accelerated applications using GPUs. This business development role is for someone who believes that artificial intelligence, deep learning, and data science bring a new computing revolution and have the potential to positively transform our world! We're looking for someone that's passionate about building and driving partnerships with startups to grow adoption of NVIDIA platforms across the startup ecosystem.This position will be responsible for supporting high-touch relationships with the top tech-enabled startups globally, connecting startups to resources that can help grow their business and accelerate product adoption. You will work directly with our startup account managers, and with a sizable cross-functional team within NVIDIA, including Inception, Marketing, Sales, PR, Partnerships, Product Management, and Event Coordinators. What you’ll be doing:Work hands-on with NVIDIA Inception’s most important startups to accelerate their business growth.Collaborate closely with partnerships and sales, enabling unique commercial opportunities between innovative startups and NVIDIA enterprise customers.Interface on key partnerships with Cloud Service Providers and other ecosystem vendors to design and implement benefits offerings that drive comprehensive success for startups.Build deep relationships with NVIDIA marketing and PR teams, providing startups with increased visibility through our established marketing communications.Dream up new creative ways to be a champion for the success of our amazing startups!Partner with various NVIDIA business teams to identify startups that have relevant offerings to adopt internally.Help connect the best startups to our Venture Capital Alliance network to raise capital and extend their networks.Report on key business metrics to show growth opportunities.Generate playbooks for the above activities that unlock repeatable/scalable approaches for NVIDIA to accelerate startup growth ecosystem wide.What we need to see:BS/MS or equivalent experience8+ years of executive business leadership or business development experience at startups or in related fields such as startup accelerators and incubators, or platform ecosystemStrong understanding of startup go-to-market needs and challenges.An affinity for technology and technical subjects Strong leadership skills, self-starter. Ability to be proactive and work with minimal direction.A can-do attitude, high energy with leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn complex concepts in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written communication and presentation skills.Curious, creative, and constantly thinking about how to improve processes.Strong project management and organization skillsWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience in a successful startup or exit as well as background in successfully building strategic partnerships and a versatile ISV ecosystem, especially between startups and large companies.A keen interest in the rapidly evolving applications of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and/or data science, in a business development, management, or alliances capacity. Experience in GPU accelerated computing and deep learning application development. Experience selling technical solutions and technologies. Worked at a top startup accelerator running, building, and managing the startup community and portfolio companies.Passion for understanding and owning metrics and analytics and a natural inclination to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of programs.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
